Serrano ham, celleriac remoulade, leaf salad

Classic steak tartare with toasted rye bread

French onion soup with croutons and gruyere cheese

Leek and potato soup with a chive cream

Half a lobster Thermidor, mixed salad £8.00 supplement

Warm Roquefort soufflé with poached pears, roasted walnuts, leaf salad,

Roquefort dressing

Meat Main courses £15.50

Navarin of lamb with seasonal root vegetables, braised red cabbage, creamed potato and parsley dumplings

 (oven bake 180c 30 mins or until piping hot )

Slow roasted Pork belly stuffed with herbs and spices, caramelised apples, gratin dauphinois, crackling, red wine jus

 (oven bake 180c 10mins )

Beef bourguignon served with smoked lardons, root vegetables and button mushrooms, braised red cabbage, creamed potato 

 (oven bake 180c  for 30 mins or until piping hot)

Fish and Vegetarian Main courses £15.50

Fillet of sea bass and Scottish langoustines, baby vegetables and potatoes,

lobster sauce ( To be cooked en papillote, oven bake for 15 mins at 180c at home )

Jerusalem artichoke, sweet onion and reblochon pithivier, spiced red cabbage, gratin dauhpinos, peppercorn sauce

Desserts £6.50

Apple tart tatin calvados shot, chantilly cream

Homemade brioche bread and butter pudding, apricot compote,

sauce Anglaise  ( bake or microwave pudding until piping hot )

Selection of fine cheeses with homemade bread and water biscuits

Warm chocolate fondant, chantilly cream, morello cherries in kirsch
