Chicken Liver parfait with Armagnac soaked prunes and brioche toast


Sauted escalope of home smoked foie gras, toasted brioche, caramelised apples, madeira Jus


Pan fried scallops and langoustine, vegetable spaghetti and herb beurre blanc 


Warm salad of English Asparagus, poached duck egg, hollandaise, parmesan snow


Cream of Watercress soup

Roast saddle of lamb belle epoque, medley of seasonal vegetables, lamb jus


Slow roasted pork belly, creamed potato, crackling red wine and golden sultanas jus


Fillet of Beef, cavolo nero, braised morels, red wine jus


Pan fried fillet of turbot and langoustines, buttered spinach, baby vegetables, lobster cream


Aubergine canelloni stuffed with red pesto, grilled haloumi and rocket,

pistachio, green chilli and yoghurt kofta's, tomato and basil sauce

Apple tart tatin with a calvados cream


Rum baba with chantilly cream, fresh fruit and fruit coulis
