Pan fried fillet of turbot and langoustines, buttered spinach, baby vegetables, lobster cream

Aubergine canelloni stuffed with red pesto, grilled haloumi and rocket,

pistachio, green chilli and yoghurt kofta's, tomato and basil sauce


Apple tart tatin with a calvados cream
