Chicken Liver parfait with Armagnac soaked prunes and brioche toast

Classic steak tartare with toasted rye bread

Sauted escalope of home smoked foie gras, brioche, caramelised apples & figs, madeira Jus

Salad of pan fried scallops and langoustine, crispy serano ham, sauce vierge

Tart tatin of sweet onion and goats cheese, sticky walnut and beetroot salad, walnut oil dressing

Main Courses

Roast cannon of lamb belle epoque, roasted provencale vegetables, Gratin dauphinoise,

rosemary scented lamb jus

Slow roasted pork belly, fine beans, creamed potato, crackling red wine and golden sultanas jus

Fillet of Beef, buttered spinach, mixed mushrooms, fondant potato, truffled jus

Pan fried fillet of wild sea bass, crushed potatoes with dill, sauce antiboise

Aubergine canelloni stuffed with red pesto, grilled haloumi and rocket,

pistachio, green chilli, cauliflower and yoghurt kofta's, lime raita, tomato and pepper sauce

Desserts

Apple tart tatin with caramel sauce and homemade vanilla ice cream

Rum baba with chantilly cream, fresh fruit and fruit coulis

Raspberry creme brulee, sable biscuit
